What is Olmo?

Olmo is a doctor-led preventive healthcare platform focused on skin and hair health. It helps people start earlier by understanding concerns, getting credible medical guidance, and deciding the right next step.

Is Olmo a clinic or hospital?

No. Olmo is a digital health platform. Medical consultations are provided by independent, licensed doctors. Olmo itself does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Who is Olmo for?

Olmo is for people who are experiencing skin or hair concerns, or want clarity before symptoms worsen, and prefer evidence-led guidance over trial-and-error.

What kind of problems does Olmo address?

We currently focus on dermatology-related concerns such as acne, pigmentation, hair fall, scalp issues, rashes, and other common skin and hair conditions where early insight matters.

What is the Olmo Community?

The Olmo Community is a moderated space where you can ask health-related questions and receive general medical guidance from verified doctors.

Is the community a medical consultation?

No. Community responses are informational only. They do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions, and do not create a doctor–patient relationship.

What is the community useful for?

The community helps you:

  • Learn what factors could matter
  • Decide whether a formal consultation is needed

Who answers questions in the community?

Only verified medical professionals respond with medical explanations. Other users are not allowed to give medical advice.

Can community guidance replace seeing a doctor?

When should I book a consultation?

You should book a consultation if you need personalised medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or prescriptions.

Who conducts consultations on Olmo?

Consultations are conducted by licensed dermatologists, in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines.

What happens during a consultation?

During a consultation, the doctor:

  • Explains what may be happening
  • Recommends care, treatment, or follow-up if needed

Will I receive a prescription?

Prescriptions are provided only during booked consultations and only when clinically appropriate.
